Matt Moore makes me miss Madison Bumgarner. Brb, watching game four of 2010 WS.
“To find last pitcher as young as Moore to throw 7 shutout IP in a postseason G you have to go all the way back to …. last year (Bumgarner)”
-Twitter, @jaysonst
Not to mention both were against the Rangers.

Cooper Stone, the son of the firefighter that lost his life falling off the railing to catch a ball thrown by Josh Hamilton, threw the first pitch for game one of the Rangers/Rays ALDS.
Hamilton caught for little Cooper and gave emotionally embracing hugs to both him and his mother.

Don't mind me getting a little fucking sappy for a...
Basically reading all the postgame blogs from Baggs, BASG, and McCovey Chronicles on each the Giants’ last three games.
Then I got onto the notes from Wednesday’s final game. Fuck. I hate that this team turns me into such a fucking uncharacteristically, over-emotional wuss. And now here on Tumblr I see all these Pat Burrell posts.
I thought I had gotten it out of my system...

Just imagine...
If this was 2012 with the second WC, those two games wouldn’t even have fucking mattered. Shit wouldn’t be as crazy as it is now.
In other news, STFU MLBN AND ESPN. MY FAULT I MISSED THIS SHIT, BUT I WANT MOAR REPLAYS AND HIGHLIGHTS AND LESS TALKING.

Before I scour the ESPN, MLBN, and the Internet...
Looks like this is how the playoffs are going…
NLDS:
Phillies/Cards
Brewers/DBacks
ALDS:
Yankees/Tigers
Rangers/Rays
I honestly have no preference in the NL. Still undecided, but I might root for the Brewers.
As for the AL… Holy shit. I have no idea. I have slight preferences for each one of them to take the ALCS (before you say anything, following a few Yankees fans on Tumblr...

Well fuck
Woke up after my dog barked in my fucking ear.
Looks like passing out after heat exhaustion from today made me miss baseball being fucking awesome. I took a peak at Twitter and my timeline was absolutely crazy.
My cable better fucking cooperate with me. I need replays.
Giants may be out, but baseball isn’t fucking over yet, dammit.

apfmh replied to your post: FUCK, I need a source of income.
Id say lower box, $45, but it depends on how far back you are (and if you ever care about that).
Got the $45 :3
Yeah I care about it, haha. I suppose row 11 isn’t too far back. Just wayyy too broke to go outside a $50 budget (but too stubborn to go for the...

FUCK, I need a source of income.
omg, seriously…my wallet…it hurts…more money leaving me is gonna make me cry.
I don’t feel like watching the last game of the season all the way up in VR… Quick, club 234 for $49 or lower box 135 for $45?
#brokecollegestudentwoes
Since I was unable to go to the game I was supposed to go to tonight, should I make it a last minute decision to go tomorrow? If I buy my ticket, I’ll have no gas money and my tank is 1/4 full. Hahaha.

Season highlight montage, Bumgarner, Tony Bennett, splasher #60, Brandons cycle, GiLOLaspie awesome inside-the-parker.
I really liked this game. No need to write a long post about it. I think I’ve said what I needed to say about Bumgarner and the end of the season through previous posts.
I will say that Bumgarner really put a great stamp to finish this season. Tim and Matt are always...

Shit, I wasn't expecting (or was ready) for that...
This year didn’t go exactly as expected, but damn… The chills that I received were reminiscent of 2010.
No matter how disappointing years like this was, or 2004-2009 was within this past decade, you can’t help but love any and all success your team has had in a season. One of the best parts of being a proud fan. How can you not fucking love baseball after that?

Walking through campus to make my way to the parking garage… Being my usual self and creeping at conversations that I pass by (don’t deny that you do it too).
Then I impulsively burst out laughing at one convo I came across.
“Omg, you saw my Tumblr, right? She totally saw what I fucking put on there and used it against me. Then she wrote on her Tumblr about what a cunt I am....

Haha, I’ve made about a dozen of these kinds of posts over the season, but this one articulates the idea behind it perfectly. All this shit is incredibly maddening, which is why I stopped trying to constantly irritate myself by the elitist thinking of these high-horse fans. She is definitely on-point with everything said here.
I’m just fucking sick of...

For shame. You have sorely disgusted and disappointed me.
The entire fucking crowd doing the wave?
Kill it with fire.
It needs to die.
People obviously are paying more attention to sitting up and down than Sergio Romo pitching.
That’s a sin.
It’s obviously distracting him, too.
See what doing the wave fucking does?
Stop it now.

I love baseball
Are we really at the last three-game stretch of the season?
Sigh.
It’s sobering moments like these that makes me wonder why in the hell I never continued baseball after Little League.
I miss playing and having it as a tangible thing in my life.
Welp, it’s time to fully enjoy these last games. And then it’s Spring Training 2012 — here we come.
Big understatement:
Moneyball was good.
